Sifinity Go, formerly known as Siemens VersiCharge, has been redesigned and enhanced to offer cutting-edge features enabling seamless management of VersiCharge Generation 3 EV chargers from any location.

• What’s new?

- Chargers can now be easily added to your user account using QR code scanning and internet configuration (Wi-Fi, LAN, or Cellular).

- The Home menu provides real-time information on the charger’s status, live session data, and control functions such as charging delay for optimizing electricity consumption based on variable tariffs.

- The Usage menu offers a comprehensive overview of past charging sessions, categorized daily, weekly, monthly, or annually.

- The Settings menu enables remote configuration of charger settings like RFID authentication for initiating or stopping charging sessions and defining the maximum charging current of the EV charger.

- Users can conveniently add extra chargers to the Sifinity Go App as required.

- Enhanced response time when onboarding to the Siemens cloud platform.

- Eliminated the time delay in updating charger information post successful onboarding.

- Corrected the display of maximum charger current in the Settings page.

- Strengthened error handling mechanisms for improved reliability.

Sifinity Go is exclusively tailored for the onboarding, control, and monitoring of VersiCharge Generation 3 EV chargers (IEC & UL models). The previous generation of VersiCharge (part numbers beginning with VCSGXXX) can still be added via the VersiCharge webpage: VersiCharge SG.
